Melbourne University Table Tennis Club
A university club that is not only for students - Melbourne Uni Sport says plainly it is open to members of the community too, which makes it one of the few ways to play in the inner north. Three afternoons a week in the West Stadium at the Nona Lee Sports Centre, about six hours of table access in total, social and competitive. Membership is $45 a semester or $65 for the year; they suggest turning up during a session and having a chat with a committee member rather than signing up blind. What they do not publish is whether you can play before you join, so ask when you get there.
